About Us

Kelly Keene, founding owner of A Phone Call Away, has a lifetime of experience in delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Growing up in a family with extensive retail and restaurant experience, Kelly witnessed first hand the importance of caring to her customers' needs.

Prior to, and while pursuing her education in hospitality management, Kelly worked in both the restaurant and hotel industries, always in customer facing roles.  She has experience in food service, reservations, travel, catering, and event planning.

Kelly founded A Phone Call Away in 2003 in the resort area of Lake Tahoe.  She returned to her Indiana home town in 2005, became a mother to son, Aiden in 2008, and has recently begun providing services to A Phone Call Away clients in the Indianapolis market.
